"I worked on the Energy
"I worked on the Energy Analysis report. In the process of doing the report, it was discovered that the VT Energy Atlas, a project through VT Sustainable Job Funds, has a lot of information on the sites of public and private renewable generation and the information can be accessed online in a map-based for and information can be emailed."

The Committee discussion on
The Committee discussion on BE 2 included adding a supporting indicator that reports the # of residents who have taken advantage of the PACE, # of cars registered, amount of VMT, the quantities of automobile gas and fuel oil sold, and mode share. The transportation section of the State Energy Plan could be a source for vetted data availability. The Committee was concerned that large renewable projects outside of the County are not captured. It was suggested that individual utility portfolios be included to demonstrate how renewables are used in the County. The key indicator is about electricity not energy. Indicators about energy are needed. Encourage and reward needs to be defined. The Committee questioned if environmentally responsible is defined. Is there data to measure it?

It might make sense to get
It might make sense to get more explicit in your goal, i.e. promote and help local residents implement distributed, enviro responsible RE generation so that XX percent (or more and more if you want to keep general) are helping to generate their own power.
