Good in that it addresses
Good in that it addresses entrepreneurship/small business. Opportunity to combine with Goal 7? Or, alternately, eliminate Goal 4, focus "entrepreneurship" in Goal 7, then get at diversity of businesses in ECON 1, 2, or 8?

CC is such a large part of the Vermont totals, I don;'t know if this is as meaningful as it might be.
I would agree diversity is
I would agree diversity is good. given risk associated with scale of IBM relative to other manufacturing, perhaps this goal should address the issue of single firm dominance more directly?
The Indicator addresses
The Indicator addresses economic diversity only. Further how do we want the “Employment by Major Industry Sector” to move over time to be considered successful?
It seems like there are two
It seems like there are two very different goals in Goal 4, one having to do with economic diversity and the other employee/workplace diversity. Clarification of the goal would be helpful, at least for me.
